Title: The Memory Watcher: A Psychological Thriller
Author: Minka Kent
Genre: Psychological Thriller
JBI Rating: 5+ Psycho Stalker Stars
This was Ms. Kent’s debut novel and it was absolutely amazing. If this is any indication of what’s yet to come from this author, I personally cannot wait.
Autumn Carpenter put her baby up for adoption at the young age of 15. Then she found her and her adoptive family. What starts as an innocent interest quickly becomes a major obsession for Autumn. Mesmerized by what looks like the perfect family, Autumn devises a plan to put herself directly in the middle of the McMullen family. What she finds though, is anything but perfect.

Characters: 5 Stars- The way each character is intertwined with the next will blow you away at the end. There’s some crazy peeps ‘round here. Just when you think you’ve figured someone out…BOOM…you find out how wrong you were. Definitively keeps you guessing.
Interaction: 4 Stars- It was sad to see the hard moments between couples and family, reminded me of my own. The connections were great though.
Storyline: 5+ Stars- AH-MAY-ZING! It has all the good stuffs in it. Twists and turns you’re not expecting. This book was well thought out. It really screws with your head. I had quite a few “WTF, didn’t see that coming” moments.
The End: 5 Stars- It was epic!
Overall: 5+ Stars- I read this book all night long. Made it to bed around 5:30-ish in the A.M. I had to finish it. I had to know what was going to happen. Once I picked this book up it was over for me. I was stuck. This book owned me from start to finish.
